Hours : 36 hours per week; Monday – Thursday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Hybrid work arrangement is available (1-2 days working from home).

Pay Rate: $45.41 to $58.76 per hour

Education : Bachelor's degree in related field or Paralegal certificate

As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you will:

  • Administer the full life cycle of a portfolio of contracts and agreements, including San Diego County Behavioral Health Services Contracts and Subcontracts, operational contracts and agreements, and commercial vendor contracts.
  • Manage relationships with contract partners including San Diego County Behavioral Health Services, other healthcare provider organizations and providers, vendors, consultants, and independent contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with company Programs, Departments, and Executive Leadership to ensure that contracts align with business objectives while mitigating risk.
  • Assist in the preparation of company responses to County Requests for Proposal.

Additional Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of five years managing a wide variety of contracts for a large organization.
  • Experience managing government contracts and relationships with governmental agencies is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships across all levels of an organization and with contract partners.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to use discretion and professional judgment and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Non-profit experience is highly desirable.
  • Proficient CRM experience strongly preferred. Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills including MS Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Ability to pass criminal/background clearance.
