Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead and support human resources initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for overseeing HR operations, driving employee engagement, ensuring compliance, and partnering with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach.

Position Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational development
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on HR-related matters

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Address employee relations issues and ensure fair and consistent resolution
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention

Talent Management

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning
  • Support learning and development programs to enhance employee capabilities
  • Ensure consistent application of performance and development processes

Compliance & HR Operations

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Oversee HR policies, procedures, and documentation
  • Manage HR reporting, metrics, and continuous process improvement

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Certifications (Preferred, but not required)

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
