About the role:
We are seeking an engaging senior technology project managerto join our Workplace Technology Services team providing first class projectmanagement for the design and installation of security systems in corporatereal estate spaces.
This is a hybrid position requiring onsite presence in New York City.
What you'll do
Provide end-to-end project management for the implementation and design of security systems in corporate real estate spaces.
Collaborates with Architects, MEPs, and contractors/vendors
Define & manage project scope,schedule, resources, and budget based on Client's expectations.
Document the IT requirements by collaborating with the project team todefine technology solutions.
Risk Management - Create a Risk Management Plan to be used throughout thedelivery of the project for risk acceptance, avoidance, and mitigation.
Resource Management - Manage the technology resources,technicians/subcontractors, and work with clients and project stakeholders toensure that all projects are completed successfully according tospecifications/plans.
Coordinate RFP process for technology vendors by collaborating with GeneralContractors/Owners/Trades on various logistical items needed to accomplish thescopes of work defined in the SOW.
Conduct and participate inscheduled conference calls, creating and maintaining meeting minutes andproject updates.
Manage day-to-day operationalaspects of a project, constantly monitoring and reporting progress tostakeholders.
Coordinate and manage change orderrequests to achieve project goals/milestones
What you'll need
BS Degree and at least 4 years of related experience
Possess a reasonable understanding in the areas of security accessand monitoring, network setup/design, voice/data cabling, telephony, wireless,audio visual, and sound masking
Experience with IT construction projects, and consolation foroffice spaces
A team player who is not afraid to ask for help when needed.
Strong Project Management & organizational skills as well as solid communication skills.
Strong familiarity with project management software, such asMicrosoft Project and Smartsheet.
Positive stakeholder management and engagement.

T&T carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $140,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $160,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
