Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows
Automate business processes using ServiceNow to improve operational efficiency
Develop scoped applications to support Aeronautics Sustainment initiatives
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including Customer Service Management (CSM)
Build and manage forms, tables, and data models within ServiceNow
Utilize Flow Designer to create and enhance automated workflows
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using data sources, import sets, and APIs
Develop and maintain integrations with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle)
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide demos, and incorporate feedback
Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement

Skills:

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree.
