Job Title: Sewing Machine Operator

Location: Hodgenville, KY

Pay: $15.00/hr + piece-rate (earn more based on productivity)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Status: Direct Hire | Union Environment

We are hiring Sewing Machine Operators to assemble custom garments and uniforms using industrial sewing equipment. This role supports production for military, law enforcement, and public safety clients.

Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial sewing machines (single, double needle, serger)
• Sew and assemble garments with precision and quality
• Read work orders and follow patterns/instructions
• Inspect finished products and maintain work area
• Perform basic machine upkeep and track productivity

Requirements:

• Experience with industrial sewing machines
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and team-oriented

The pay range for this position is $35000.00 - $45000.00/yr.
