Sheet Metal Shop Fabricator

Location: Memphis, TN

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience

S chedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM | Overtime available

We are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Shop Fabricator to join our fabrication team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on HVAC duct fabrication experience who values quality craftsmanship, workplace safety, and long-term career opportunities with a company that invests in its employees.

What You'll Do

• Fabricate and assemble sheet metal ductwork for HVAC systems
• Measure, cut, bend, and roll sheet metal to precise specifications
• Operate shop equipment used in duct fabrication
• Assemble duct sections using fastening and sealing methods
• Maintain high standards for quality and productivity
• Follow all company safety procedures and shop protocols

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC ductwork or sheet metal fabrication experience
• Ability to read measurements and work accurately from specifications
• Experience operating fabrication equipment and forklifts
• Strong understanding of shop and equipment safety
• Welding experience is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in a non-air-conditioned, ventilated shop
• Comfortable using ladders and accessing tight spaces when needed
