The Systems Testing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test strategies and plans, including both manual and automated testing, to ensure the quality of systems and applications. This role involves creating test artifacts, performing various types of testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects throughout the software development lifecycle. The specialist will also support user acceptance testing and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop test strategies and plans for manual and automated testing.
- Design, write, and modify automated test scripts using PHP, JavaScript, and Python.
- Utilize test automation frameworks/tools.
- Execute and manage test automation, providing assessment of test program results.
- Collaborate with DevOps engineers to integrate automation testing scripts into the CD/CI pipeline.
- Perform quality assurance and testing activities, including system, web-based UI, integration, functional, non-functional, regression, unit, post-release, load, smoke, performance, and accessibility testing.
- Create testing artifacts (test plans, test cases, test data, test results, defect reports) and manage testing life cycles in Azure DevOps.
- Prepare test data to cover all scenarios based on business requirements.
- Perform data analysis and validation for ETL processing testing, ensuring data completeness, accuracy, and integrity.
- Conduct complete data comparisons between source and target systems.
- Communicate test results through automated reports.
- Provide testing and defect status updates in daily scrum stand-ups and team meetings.
- Support clients with user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
- Participate in elicitation and business requirement workshops, sprint reviews, and walkthrough meetings.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the agile development lifecycle.
- Investigate problems/defects and work with developers and BAs to find root causes and solutions.
- Provide daily reports confirming the status of assigned tasks.
- Complete work and achieve milestones within assigned deadlines.
