Job Description
We’re seeking a highly organized and experienced Talent Coordinator to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Coordination, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. **No recruitment in this role, must reside near Tampa as the role will be remote then Hybrid mid 2027**
salary: $34 - $34.5 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
**NON RECRUITMENT ROLE**
Key Responsibilities: - Support full-cycle recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Partner with recruiters and HR leaders to build strong talent pipelines and ensure timely follow-up with candidates.
- Assist with onboarding processes, background checks, and compliance documentation.
- Provide reporting and analytics to support recruitment strategies.
Qualifications: - 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Coordination, or Recruiting support.
- strong knowledge of ATS/HRIS systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
