Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care in Utica, New York. Travel - Temporary Assignment starting 04/27/2026 for 13 weeks. Earn $1,424–$1,510 per week with 37.5 guaranteed hours per week. Night shift, 10:30 p.m.–6:30 a.m., in a 40-bed Skilled Nursing Facility unit (LTC). This assignment requires active licensure, LTC experience, and standard-night coverage within a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, patient-centered nursing care to LTC residents on the assigned unit.
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration according to policy; monitor for adverse effects.
- Conduct ongoing assessments, report changes to the supervising RN, and participate in care planning.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, and basic dementia/memory care needs; apply wound care as delegated.
- Maintain accurate documentation in PointClick Care EMR; ensure safety, infection control, and falls prevention.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team; respond to call bells; monitor residents during shifts and when floating within the building.

Requirements
- Active LPN license in New York (NURSYS verification preferred)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum 1+ year of LTC facility experience
- EMR experience: PointClick Care
- Ability to work nights: 10:30 p.m.–6:30 a.m.
- 40-bed LTC unit knowledge; ability to float within the same building as needed
- Up-to-date resume showing LTC experience and travel experience
- Driver’s license with address that matches demographics
- RTO (time off) must be included at submission
- Local rate eligibility if located within 75 miles (per submission requirements)
