Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
-Answering and managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and efficiency.
-Scheduling, canceling, and rebooking appointments accurately.
-Providing thorough and courteous client and patient communication
-Responding to client questions and, when necessary, seeking appropriate assistance to ensure accurate information is provided.
-Managing a high volume of appointments and phone calls while maintaining consistent customer service standards.
-Performing daily task with high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
-Accurately documenting client communications as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
-Minimum of one (1) year veterinary experience required.
-Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
-Proficiency in Microsoft office and basic computer applications.
-Ability and willingness to learn, grow, and follow established protocols and directions.
-Dependable, reliable, and accountable with a strong work ethic.
-Strong multitasking skills with the ability to remain calm and professions in a fast-paced environment
Physical and work requirements:
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
-Reliable transportation required.
