Job Description

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading equipment distributor in Wendell who is looking for a Warehouse Receiving Supervisor to join their growing team. This is a direct-hire opportunity requiring availability for varying shifts between 6AM–7PM.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily receiving operations including unloading, inspection, and storage of incoming parts
• Ensure accurate shipment verification and resolve discrepancies
• Lead, train, and support warehouse staff to meet productivity and quality goals
• Coordinate inbound schedules with logistics and maintain efficient workflow
• Monitor and maintain inventory systems, WMS, and receiving documentation
• Track and analyze KPIs to improve efficiency and space utilization
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized warehouse
• Assist with hiring, training, and performance management of team members
• Troubleshoot inventory issues and operational bottlenecks

Requirements:

• 2+ years of warehouse/shipping/receiving experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of WMS, inventory systems, and Microsoft Excel
• Forklift experience required (certification preferred)
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, safety procedures, and equipment use
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment
• Flexible to work varying shifts (between 6AM–7PM)
