
As the weather cools down outside and daylight savings has finished, its time to join our evening Aqua Aerobics classes, you get to exercise in a warm and safe enviroment.
Aqua aerobic classes combine aerobic exercises with strength and conditioning moves to give you a full body workout.
So lets burn some calories, build endurance, increase flexibility and increase muscle strength and leave the class feeling destressed and ready to enjoy your evening.

Class times are Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7.15pm for 45 minutes.
