We are seeking an Automotive General Manager for our client Albrecht Westboro Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Sales are on the rise and our client needs a proven leader to drive growth. You will be joining a dealership with an energetic sales team, a motivated executive team with resources to help you succeed, and a fantastic community reputation.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous automotive management experience of at least 5 years is REQUIRED for this position. Qualified candidates will have managed large teams, demonstrate hands on work in all aspects of the dealership (Sales, F&I, BDC, Parts, Collision, Service), and show through their work history an ability to implement plans for long term growth. We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dealership, including sales, service, parts, and finance departments.
  
• Work closely with department managers to set and achieve sales targets and performance goals.
  
• Review critical metrics daily for each department and make necessary adjustments to increase production.
  
• Hire, mentor, and monitor the performance of all Department Heads, overseeing all the employees inside the Dealership.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and manufacturer representatives.
  
• Review and analyze financial reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
