Contact Center Customer Service Representative
Location: GPM Life Insurance, NE San Antonio
Working Conditions: Office ( without remote opportunity )
Schedule: 39 hours/week Monday-Friday; 5-hour workday on Fridays!

As part of the team at GPM Life Insurance, you’ll strive to provide excellent customer service to our customers, agents, and GPM team.
Handling phone calls is the primary responsibility of a Contact Center Customer Service Representative. The Contact Center is a dual function team and they’re the primary contact for customers and agents.
