Contact Center Customer Service Representative
Location: GPM Life Insurance, NE San Antonio
Working Conditions: Office ( without remote opportunity )
Schedule: 39 hours/week Monday-Friday; 5-hour workday on Fridays!

Handling phone calls is the primary responsibility of a Contact Center Customer Service Representative. The Contact Center is a dual function team and they’re the primary contact for customers and agents.
