Job Description

Salary: $34,500 - 54,500 per year Requirements:

Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
Fundamental knowledge of SQL and data querying.
Strong skills in quantitative and statistical analysis.
Ability to effectively visualize and communicate data insights.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Collaborative mindset for team environments.
Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) is advantageous but not required.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing systems is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

Analyze manufacturing and operational data to spot trends and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare reports and dashboards for plant management and business unit teams.
Assist in the data collection, cleaning, and validation processes.
Develop training plans for cross-functional teams to adopt business intelligence tools.
Provide actionable data insights to support ongoing projects.
Document findings and present recommendations to stakeholders.
Engage in meetings and contribute to discussions on process improvements.
