Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and lead end-to-end recruitment processes. Talent Management Drive performance management processes and goal-setting frameworks. Identify high-potential employees and create development plans. Support learning & development initiatives aligned with business objectives. 3. Employee Relations Address employee concerns and manage workplace issues with fairness and compliance. Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions. Promote a positive and inclusive work culture. 4. Retention Strategies Analyze attrition trends and implement retention programs. Conduct stay interviews and employee engagement surveys. Design initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity. 5. Organizational Development Lead change management initiatives. Support workforce planning and organizational design. Align HR strategies with long-term business goals. 6. Executive Coaching & Succession Planning Provide coaching support to senior leaders and managers. Develop succession planning frameworks for key roles. Build leadership pipelines and career progression models. 7. Compensation & Benefits Support compensation benchmarking and salary reviews. Partner in benefits program administration and policy design. Ensure compliance with compensation regulations and internal equity standards.
