Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions. Promote a positive and inclusive work culture. 4. Retention Strategies Analyze attrition trends and implement retention programs. Conduct stay interviews and employee engagement surveys. Design initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity. 5. Organizational Development Lead change management initiatives. Support workforce planning and organizational design. Align HR strategies with long-term business goals. 6. Executive Coaching & Succession Planning Provide coaching support to senior leaders and managers. Develop succession planning frameworks for key roles. Build leadership pipelines and career progression models. 7. Compensation & Benefits Support compensation benchmarking and salary reviews. Partner in benefits program administration and policy design. Ensure compliance with compensation regulations and internal equity standards.
