Our client is looking for a proactive and organised HR Recruiter – Polish Speaking to support the expansion of their multilingual teams in Malta. In this role, you will lead and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for Polish-speaking roles, helping to attract, assess and onboard talented professionals in a fast-paced, international environment.
Manage the full recruitment cycle for Polish-speaking candidates, from sourcing and screening through to selection, offer and onboarding.
Build strong talent pipelines through various channels including job boards, social platforms, referrals and community networks.
Conduct interviews (phone/video/in-person) in Polish and English, assessing candidate suitability for roles such as sales, customer relations and support functions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, job profiles and team culture.
Draft and post clear, engaging job adverts tailored to the Polish-speaking market.
Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment documentation with high accuracy.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates in key markets.
Assist with relocation logistics and candidate communication (where applicable).
Contribute to HR reporting, analytics and continuous improvements in hiring processes.
Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written).
Previous experience in recruitment, HR coordination or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Proficiency with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
A positive, proactive attitude and commitment to delivering results.
Experience recruiting for multilingual or international roles is an advantage.
