Will be part of a cross functional, large program within the HBA space of Optum Financial.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead multiple efforts within a major Optum Financial program across multiple lines of business at the same time with minimal oversight. Efforts may include internal/external partner management
Lead or contribute to the development of program or project scope statements, in consultation with applicable stakeholders (e.g., program/project charter, Statement of ---Work, Business Vision Document)
Ensure alignment and understanding of program/project scope and objectives with the organization's strategic objectives and the Voice of the Customer, in consultation with applicable impacted stakeholders and areas of business
Develop and deliver on all necessary project, communication and risk mitigation plans across project and program level stakeholders in addition to executive leadership when necessary
Work directly with cross functional teams to ensure delivery of a quality, high value add product
Drive creation of schedule based on alignment by all impacted business teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery
Manage and deliver on status of projects as well as critical issues/risks, escalating to executive leadership when necessary
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of proven program/project management experience
Proven expertise in a fintech organization with knowledge of HBA and commercial payment knowledge
Proven stakeholder management experience in leadership and decision-making roles
Proven experience working in a financial organization which is a large multinational company or similar environment
Demonstrated solid written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills
Highly proficient in MS Planner, MS Project, and MS standard application package
Highly proficient in MS Teams and SharePoint
Primary language - English

Proven experience in fintech, healthcare payment products or related fields
Demonstrated business acumen, customer facing mindset and/or relevant experience
Proven ability to operate flexibly in a rapidly changing work environment
Demonstrated solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated solid organizational skills
