🚀 About the Role

We’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support and execute digital marketing initiatives in a fully remote environment. This role is perfect for someone passionate about social impact, storytelling, and digital engagement who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting.

🧩 What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with the CMO on strategic marketing campaigns

• Manage marketing projects from concept to completion

• Build and maintain weekly performance dashboards and reports

• Edit and optimize video and graphic content for social, email, and web

• Engage with our online community across social platforms

• Track and report on social media and digital marketing leads

• Develop referral relationships with attorneys and community partners

• Coordinate with external marketing vendors

• Support email marketing campaigns and events

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

• 1–3 years of marketing experience (legal or professional services a plus)

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok & YouTube

• Experience with video and graphic editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)

• Excellent organization, communication, and project management skills

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Experience with analytics, reporting, and dashboards

• Understanding of SEO, digital ads, and content marketing best practices
