To perform this role successfully, tutors must be able to:

• Communicate effectively with students using the company’s virtual tutoring platform

• Read and interpret on-screen lesson materials

• Provide real-time instructional support during scheduled sessions

• Use required technology, including video, audio, and chat tools

What we are looking for:

• Must be U.S. based 
• Can commit to a consistent weekly schedule
• Have experience or strong knowledge in Reading, Math, Algebra, or ESL/ELL
• Are passionate about helping students grow academically
• Are comfortable using online technology (screenshare, whiteboard, virtual tools)
• Want a part-time W-2 supplemental role (up to 25 hours per week)

To perform this role successfully, tutors must be able to:

• Communicate effectively with students using the company’s virtual tutoring platform
• Read and interpret on-screen lesson materials
• Provide real-time instructional support during scheduled sessions
• Use required technology, including video, audio, and chat tools

 

What You’ll Appreciate

• Competitive Pay – Tutors earn $22.50 per hour for English/ELL/Reading and Math sessions. $18 (base pay) X 1.25 (paid administrative time per hour)= $22.50 per tutored hour. This is a W-2 supplemental opportunity that pays bi-weekly! 
• Flexible scheduling between 7 AM – 8 PM EST, Monday–Friday
• Fully remote work with no commuting
• No lesson planning required
• Small tutoring groups (1:1–1:3)
• Bi-weekly pay with paid administrative time included
• Paid Trainings 
• Paid background check and fingerprinting. California tutors are required to undergo fingerprinting before they can provide tutoring services.

This is a Part-Time W-2 position up to 25 hours per week. Please note this is a supplemental income opportunity based on availability and needs. Schedules are subject to change depending on the client's needs, and hours are not guaranteed.

 

Possible following steps:

1.Submit your application to secure early consideration for the Spring 2026 semester .

2.Complete a short 2-minute video response (if selected).

3.Participate in a virtual mock tutoring demonstration (5 minutes).

4.Receive a hiring decision within 2-3 business days.

5.Complete paid onboarding and your background check.
