Summary

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to provide personal care, home support, respite, and community inclusion services to individuals based on their specific service plans. Duties may include assistance with daily living activities, household tasks, and support within the home or community.

The Personal Care Attendants responsibilities are:

  • Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, and transfers.
  • Provide support with household tasks: meal prep, light cleaning, laundry, errands.
  • Escort consumers to appointments and help with community activities.
  • Maintain accurate timekeeping, mileage, and required documentation.
  • Follow agency policies, safety guidelines, and complete mandatory training.
  • Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding schedule or consumer changes.

Position Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Basic reading, writing and math required.

One year of verifiable direct care experience is preferred.
