Full-time, Part-time & On-call positions available!
We currently have openings on our afternoon/evening shift (2:30-10:30pm)

Are you a compassionate caregiver who wants to make a difference in someone’s daily life? Join our supportive and friendly team providing non-medical care to individuals in their homes.

We’re hiring Unlicensed Personnel (ULPs) to provide direct care. This role will support clients in maintaining independence, dignity, and quality of life.

What You’ll Do:

• Help clients with daily living: dressing, bathing, grooming, transfers, and mobility.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal prep.
• Medication administration.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and support.
• Transport clients to doctor visits or community activities with the use of a company vehicle.
• Support independence and personal goals.
• Report any changes in client condition to our RN team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Caring attitude and desire to help others.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• At least 6 months of caregiving or personal care experience preferred, but not required. We will train compassionate individuals who are reliable and eager to learn.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Must have a valid US driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility/transfers.

Schedule:

• Day shift: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM.
• Evening shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM.
• Awake Overnight shift: 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM.
• Every other weekend required.
