This is a part-time position designed to fit into your life. It’s ideal for anyone looking for meaningful, flexible work. Over time—and with consistent availability and stellar performance—there may be opportunities to grow into a full-time role.Flexible schedule – Set availability during daytime hours, plus optional evening and weekend work

Walking dogs one-on-one or with up to two other dogs from the same household
Checking in on cats, dogs, or small animals at their homes
Feeding, scooping litter boxes, refreshing water, and giving plenty of TLC
Providing updates to our office and pet parents—communication is key!
Making pets feel safe, loved, and happy while their humans are away

If you’ve got a heart for animals and a dependable nature, this could be your perfect fit.
Weekday shifts in one or more of the following blocks:
8 AM – 12 PM
12 PM – 4 PM
4 PM – 8 PM
Occasional weekend, evening, or last-minute visits (optional but a huge plus!)
Must be able to commit to the role for at least 12 months
At least 18 years old
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Able to pass a background check
A local, full-time resident of Cleveland or nearby
Willing to be paid "on the books" (sorry, no cash-only arrangements)
Committed, communicative, and crazy about animals
