Join a dynamic rapidly growing Compounding Pharmaceutical Wholesale company. We are looking for experienced candidates for the position of operations technician. Pharma Source respects autonomy and is searching for a self-driven team member who can manage the workday with several responsibilities. This position will be based at Pharma Source Direct, Inc in Southeast Englewood, Colorado and will participate in the operational activities of the business.

Main Responsibilities

· Facilitate day-to-day operational and quality aspects of an API repackager in a cleanroom environment, including label generation, packaging inspection, room set-up, repackaging, bottle cleaning, room cleaning, bottle sealing, and completing production paperwork while observing best practices

· Execute product receipt by preparing incoming product paperwork, weighing products, verifying shipping documents, inspecting packages, and sampling of products

· Perform shipping activities, including but not limited to preparing shipping boxes and paperwork, picking orders, verifying orders, packing orders and generating shipping labels

· Facilitating package hand-off to couriers, and occasionally performing local deliveries

· Become Hazmat certified (DOT 49 CFR & IATA); pack and ship hazardous materials

· Perform housekeeping and maintenance activities of the warehouse, temperature-controlled units and cleanrooms

· Facilitating operational duties while adhering to federal regulations as defined in 21 CFR 210 & 211 and ICH Q7

· Handling DEA controlled substances while adhering to strict operating procedures

· Assisting with inventory management of controlled and non-controlled substances

· Any other assigned duties by management

Qualifications, background and abilities:

· Regulated laboratory, compounding pharmacy, or production environment experience (cGMP, ICH Q7) preferred

· College degree preferred

· Pharmacy Compounding Technician (CPhT) certification a plus

· Positive, enthusiastic, and energetic

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Able to work well with a team

· Able to perform independent job responsibilities

· Analytical mindset, problem solving capabilities

· Office 365 and ERP proficiency

· Capable of lifting/moving 55lbs+ regularly

· Able to wear head-to-toe PPE for extended periods of time

· Willing to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening

This position is hourly based, on site, and has a starting wage of $26/hour. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm.
