Job Title: Power BI Developer

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our client’s enterprise technology team. In this role, you will create high-impact dashboards and visualizations that inform strategic business decisions. You will work closely with data teams, analysts, and senior leadership on initiatives focused on cloud transformation and enterprise reporting. Key Responsibilities
-Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
- Translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions
- Partner with data engineers, analysts, business analysts, and leadership
- Support cloud-based data initiatives (Azure and Databricks)
- Promote self-service analytics for business stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and usability of reporting solutions
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong Power BI skills (intermediate to advanced)
- Proficient in Microsoft SQL
- Experience supporting enterprise-level reporting projects
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
- Property & Casualty insurance knowledge preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Databricks
- Power BI Data Analyst Associate Certification
- Azure Enterprise Data Analyst Associate Certification
- Insurance-related certifications such as AIDA or CPCU
- Experience training or onboarding users on reporting tools
