We are hiring a Project Manager - Soccer to support and deliver projects across the entire Baller League operation.

This is a highly generalist, high-exposure role , designed for ambitious graduates or early-career professionals who want to learn how a modern sports and media business operates from the inside.

You will work directly with senior leaders and across soccer operations, commercial, and events - helping turn ideas into reality.

This role is ideal for someone who is hungry, proactive, organised, and thrives in fast-paced environments .

As a Project Manager - Soccer, you will:

Project Delivery

• Own and manage cross-functional projects from idea to execution
• Build timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and track delivery
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard

Soccer Operations Support

• Support league operations, matchdays, and team logistics
• Coordinate with players, managers, production, and venues
• Help optimise operational processes across the season

Strategic & Commercial Projects

• Support new initiatives in partnerships, sponsorship, and growth
• Assist in launching new formats, activations, and revenue streams
• Contribute to business planning and performance tracking

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions
• Build better systems and processes as the league scales
• Act as a “fixer” for urgent or complex challenges

We are looking for someone who is:

• Recently graduated or in the first 1 - 2 years of their career
• Ambitious and highly motivated
• Passionate about soccer, sport, and entertainment
• Comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-moving environments
• Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
• Willing to take responsibility early

You do not need prior sports industry experience; attitude and potential matter most.

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends during the season
