We have an outstanding Contract position for aQuality Assurance Engineer to join a leading Company located in the Chelmsford, MA surrounding area.

**US Citizenship is required.**
**Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.**

As the Quality Engineeryou will be responsible for developing and reviewing quality standards, methods, and procedures, and for partnering with design and production teams to deliver flawless products.

Job Responsibilities:  

• Review documentation related to internal and external manufacturing processes.
• Analyze and resolve process issues, driving corrective actions.
• Lead program corrective‑action meetings and participate in Material Review Boards and Failure Review Boards.
• Perform assessments and audits to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Interface with customers, suppliers, and program personnel on quality‑related issues while applying lean initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Support nonconformance reduction efforts.

Basic Hiring Criteria:

• STEMBachelor's degree is required.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Understanding of MaterialReview Board, Interactingwith customers/Stakeholders, and reviewing documentation.
