As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with timely and effective support through live chat. You will be responsible for resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support role.
• Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
• Ability to manage multiple chats simultaneously while prioritizing effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with customer service software and live chat tools is preferred.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
