As an MDS Coordinator at Apple Valley Health Care Center , you will manage the clinical care of residents by assigning different tasks to nurses within the department. Our ideal candidate must have previous MDS experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in multitasking, and has excellent customer service skills.Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position including working a nurse management weekend rotation
