The company has built a reputation as a nationwide leader in electrical, telecom, and civil infrastructure, delivering high-quality work on state, federal, and commercial projects across the United States. • Work closely with project leads, field teams, customers, and suppliers to maintain technical accuracy and ensure projects remain on schedule.
  • Diagnose and resolve advanced issues related to cable systems, networking performance, and infrastructure functionality.
  • Make certain that all work aligns with applicable codes and industry standards (such as NEC, BICSI, TIA/EIA), as well as internal quality and safety policies.
  • Coach and support less experienced designers, engineers, and technicians, contributing to training and development efforts.
  • Check engineering documents to confirm they are complete, technically correct, and meet required quality levels.
  • Assist with preparing bid responses, cost projections, and technical write-ups when required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related discipline, or comparable experience gained through professional work.
  • Extensive experience in telecom engineering or designing network infrastructure.
  • Deep understanding of fibre-optic engineering practices, outside plant design methodologies, and structured cabling standards.
  • Skilled in the use of engineering and design software such as AutoCAD, GIS-based platforms, and other OSP design applications.
  • Proven track record of overseeing complex technical initiatives and collaborating effectively with diverse project teams.
  • Strong analytical abilities combined with clear communication and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Shows leadership ability and a willingness to guide and develop other team members.
